Introductory Courses

Students new to the dojo will participate in this two-week introductory courses. They will study the underlying principles of our movement system as they are introduced to fundamental basic techniques, dynamic methods for controlling breathing, managing emotions, and utilizing the body center (core), and they will explore various partner training drills and exercises. Students will also learn dojo etiquette and procedures so that they will be fully confident and ready to join the general kids (ages 5-8), youth (ages 9-15), or adult (ages 16 and up) classes upon successful completion of their introductory month.

All levels of physical fitness and martial arts ability are welcome. Come find your flow. Enroll today!
