Self-Defense



This intense two-hour self-defense class touches on basic defense skills based on the art of traditional Japanese Karate. Students will explore the mental and physical preparations necessary for various self-defense situations. Course designed for those with no previous martial arts experience, however, everyone is welcome. Please bring a friend and wear comfortable clothing and be ready for an informative (and fun) self-defense experience.  Open to both male and female participants ages 12 through adult.




Mr. Banks is also available for group/corporate self-defense seminars.
