Our Training and Curriculum:

Our training focus is similar to JKA / ITKF / AAKF style Karate, but all sincere martial artists who are willing to share and to learn are invited to train. We believe in hard yet smart training, and through our study of Kata (fighting forms), Kihon (basic techniques), and Kumite (sparring), and various partner exercises and sensitivity drills, we seek deep understanding of the following, and more:

  • Self Defense (awareness, evasion, de-escalation skills and practical kata applications)

  • Disbalancing (throwing, falling, sweeping, etc)

  • Standing Grappling and Groundwork
