Women’s Martial Defense-Fit Protocol (WMD-f Pro)

Saturdays 9:00 am - 9:45 am (intensive training)

Have you always wanted to study a martial art but never found the time in your busy schedule? Need a healthy way to manage stress and improve mental focus? Or, are you simply seeking to learn valuable self-defense / self-protection skills to keep you and your loved ones safe? If any of these describe you or resonate with you, join us for a new class designed specifically for YOU!

The purpose of the WMD-f Protocol is to provide women with a way to connect with themselves and to find their own unique flow and strength through the exploration of the art of traditional Japanese Shotokan karate as well as other arts and movement modalities such as, but not limited to, intensive interval training and the Five Tibetan Rites. The WMD-f Protocol also provides a vital component that is sorely missing in today’s busy, disconnected society: community. The end of each session will therefore be dedicated to networking among the participants.

No previous martial arts or fitness class experience is necessary—just come as you are and be ready to get fit, fast, learn more about yourself, and engage with like-minded women in a safe, encouraging dojo environment.
